According to the law "On Consumer Rights Protection", the consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer. After the transfer of the goods, according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55ot 19.01.1998, the Return and exchange of goods of proper quality is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that its presentation and consumer properties are preserved (in accordance with the Decree of September 27, 2007 N 612 of the Government of the Russian Federation "On approval of the Rules for the sale of goods by remote means" and the Law of the Russian Federation of February 7, 1992 N 2300-I "On Consumer Protection").
The return and exchange of a unit of goods is made only under the condition:
- The product has no mechanical, thermal, color or other changes and has completely retained its original appearance;
- All labels, tags, price tags, etc. are stored directly on the product.
- The packaging of the goods has been saved;
- The product was not used.
